While we endeavor to associate with reputable sites, eatricious cannot be responsible for the information handling practices of these other sites.

Viewing and Updating Your Information on eatricious

You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the personal information you provide to us relating to your account. If you want to update your contact information or update your plan, you should do so by visiting My Account page on our Web site. You must be signed in to access your account.

Content Privacy

All recipe and nutrition content stored in your account is yours and we will not use it or try to sell it to third-parties.

As you browse the eatricious site, cookies are placed on your computer's hard drive. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive for record keeping purposes.) However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad. eatricious also reserves the right to disclose personal information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to establish or exercise legal rights, or in situations involving potential threats to physical safety. eatricious takes information security very seriously and uses reasonable administrative, technical and managerial measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. For example, we utilize Secure Sockets Layering, an industry-standard protocol for certain of your transmissions to us, in order to encrypt the personal information that you send to us through the registration and sign up process.
